彩虹爱尔兰(Rainbows Ireland)是爱尔兰一家全国性的儿童志愿服务中心，致力于为每一个难过的孩子提供温暖的港湾，为他们纾解情绪，让孩子们能够正确的面对这些悲痛和失去，健康成长，平均每年都会有6000名儿童和青少年加入到该服务中心。
彩虹爱尔兰网站服务当很多生活中的悲痛和失去发生在孩子们身上时，总是被误以为他们还只是孩子不会懂得这些，所以不需要被过度的安慰和引导，人们对孩子的精神世界缺乏一个正确的认识，这也是彩虹爱尔兰成立的原因。幼年或青少年时期经历的悲痛，如果不能被很好地引导和安抚，将会在这个人的一生中留下永久地阴影，甚至严重影响到今后的心理健康。
彩虹爱尔兰通过分组的形式来帮助这些儿童和青少年，主要是两大组，一组为经历了最亲密的家人去世的痛苦孩子，另一组是家庭遭遇了变故例如父母离异等的孩子。
