国际翻译工作者联合会(International Federation of Translators;Federation International des Traducteurs，简称FIT)是专业翻译工作者的国际组织，成立于1953年;FIT的成员分为正式成员和联系成员两种。它的成员来自50多个国 家，代表全世界60,000多名翻译工作者。
